Wheel Of Fortune ‘On The Road’ is the fun scratch card game based on the hit T.V. show. Those old enough to remember the original game show will be familiar with the big prize wheel which rewards players. Betfred has kept the Big Wheel and added a few extra features that make this card an excellent choice for all types of scratch-off player.
It’s fair to say that themed scratch cards like ‘Wheel Of Fortune’ can be underwhelming. Often these cards are nothing more than a rehash of an existing game. Nevertheless, I pleased to report that ‘Wheel Of Fortune‘ doesn’t fall into this category. Thankfully, Betfred has a fully developed new scratch card game with lots of components from the original T.V. show.
The scratch card is divided into two main game panels. The first panel features a set of four winning numbers. These are your numbers, to win, you must match your numbers to those under the second panel. You’ll get 12 chances to make a winning match. At the end of each game, you get the opportunity to spin the ‘Wheel Of Fortune’, you can win cash prizes or land on ‘No Win’ and exit the game.
Players will notice that this scratchcard has a unique feature not found on other games. Each time you purchase a card, a ‘fuel meter’ fills up and this moves you along a road.
As you progress, you’ll unlock new features on the game card. It’s a cool mini-game which rewards the player for extended play. However, be careful you don’t waste money chasing this feature.
If you were wondering how much you could win playing Wheel Of Fortune ‘On The Road’ let me tell you. The big prize is £250,000; you could win that amount if you play for the maximum card price of £10. If you lower the card price to £5, and the maximum jackpot is £150,000.
I doubt many people will play for £10 a pop. However, a £60,000 prize is available for risking £3 per card, and that seems an appropriate level for the most players.
Overall, this game is a lot of fun to play. The graphics look fabulous, and the sound effects are appealing. However, it’s the gameplay which sets this card apart from the crowd.
It’s worth pointing out that Betfred isn’t the first name that jumps to mind when you think ‘scratch cards’. Nevertheless, they’re building a substantial collection of unique scratch cards.
You can play this card at Betfred in their ‘Games’ section, details of their latest new player promotion can be found below.
